I don't like saying goodbye. I'd rather say hello. Of course, I got to do both today. But the goodbye always seems harder than the greeting. Obviously, this pertains to people you care about. If it is someone you do not like, the goodbye can't come soon enough and hello is never something you hope to hear.
Perhaps a better way to say it is that I do not want to change. I don't want to add or subtract, lose or fear, others coming and going in and out of my life.
The train was delayed two hours today.
